I’ve always loved pizza (who doesn’t!) and there’s nothing better than creating your own masterpiece.
For years I’ve tinkered making bread and a couple of years ago I started making pizza’s in my conventional oven. I wanted to up my game and in January 2020 I attended a pizza/dough making course run by Marco Fuso who is an award winning pizza chef. This course gave me the understanding of making beautiful Neapolitan dough, stretching the dough and the exciting bit of topping it, cooking it and eating it!
Since then I bought an outdoor pizza oven and made many pizzas, honing the skills I learnt and making my wife chief tester in the process. I love making pizzas for family and friends and they love me making them! They also enjoyed getting involved stretching the dough and cooking the pizza, there is something exciting about creating your own pizza.
